Hello, everybody! my name is Emma and I am 10 years old. I started this blog because I am going to cook through one of Ree Drummond's cookbooks! It is called come and get it! My deadline is September first, next year. There are about 122 recipes, and I'm not going to cook two recipes each day, so that seems like enough time. A movie inspired me to do this. Actually, it is one of my favorite movies! It is called Julie & Julia. Julia is Julia child, and Julie is a writer. she decides to cook through Julia Child's cookbook and she writes a blog about it. You should watch the movie sometime. Anyway, the cookbook I am going to cook from is divided into different sections, so I will be making breakfast, then lunch, then dinner; etc. The food looks so good! some of the food is probably not going to be my favorite, but I am going to make it. I think that I will make the french toast sticks on Tuesday. They look so good! I posted a picture of a dinner belle (of course) because it is part of my blog name!
